The central theme of this workshop is the Accountability Sequence® which is divided in two parts: the Outer Ring® and the Inner Ring®.
The Outer Ring® describes how to establish clear expectations and the unmet ones.
The Inner Ring® clarifies how to deal with not reach expectations in order to help others to improve their performance and achieve the key results.

Isabel Andrade
Founder and partner of Bright Concept, graduated in Social and Organizational Psychology and has 27 years of consulting experience. She is a PCC Coach certified by ICF and a certified trainer of the international Accountability and Culture Change by Partners In Leadership’s programs.
Invited Professor at Católica-Lisbon. Founder and former Vice-President of ICF’s Chapter (International Coach Federation in Portugal).
Specialist in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Teamwork, Influence and Negotiation.
Works with clients such as Siemens, Vodafone Portugal, Microsoft, EDP, BP, Nestlé, Tranuilidade, Sonae, FNAC, L’Óreal, Volkswagen, Angola’s Nationsl Assembly, Millenium, Heineken Brasil and REN.
Oliver Rohrich
Bright Concept’s Consultant, graduated Management, specialized in Organizational Development and Strategy. He is a certified trainer of international program “Accountability” by Partners In Leadership.
Oliver has a Master Certificate in Systemic Coaching, certified in MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator); he is a licensed trainer in Neurolinguistic Programing – NLP and a Master Practitioner in NLP as well as a practitioner of Ericksonian Hipnosis, with a Certificate from London School of Clinical Hypnosis.
He develops his activity as executive and team coach, trainer and speaker in English, German and Portuguese.
He is the Coordinator of Personal Development Program for Master Degrees at the University INDEG in Lisbon and acts as faculty for Soft-Skill Development of the prestigious Executive MBA of ISCTE Business School.
Oliver has 4 books published in the Human Resources area.
