Trainers
Cristina Fernandes
Consultant in Communication, Protocol and Events Planning, Cristina develops training, teaching and consulting projects in public and private enterprises in Portugal, Angola and Brazil.
She has a Master’s degree and PhD in Communication Sciences by Faculdade de Ciências Humanas of Católica Lisbon and has postgraduate degrees in Business Advice and Image, Protocol and Event Planning, both by ISLA, Campus Lisboa.
Cristina has a specialization in Protocol and Ceremonial by Escuela Internacional de Protocolo and a licentiate degree in Modern Languages and Literatures by Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa. She has a bachelor’s degree from the European Secretarial Academy and a course in Image and Protocol obtained in Spain, Belgium and Brazil.
She is the author of the book Manual de Protocolo Emrpesarial, edited by Universidade Católica Editora, in October 2014 and May 2016.
Cristina collaborates regularly with the media, writing articles about Protocol and Etiquette.
