Leadership Development Programs


We develop Leadership and Management competences through specific Programs, depending on the participants’ experience level. Actually, the development needs vary in 3 management levels:
Leading professionals;
Leading managers of senior professionals;
Leading large company divisions or Presidents.


These programs can last from 3 to 12 months, so that the changing process is sustainable. They normally start by a diagnosis with one or more tools in which we are certified. After that, we make several interventions spaced in time, through training, team coaching, individual coaching or outdoor training. At the end of the Program, we evaluate the results with a 360º diagnosis.
The training is tailored to fit the clients’ needs and has several activities, such as team exercises using MTA, movie watching, case studies, etc.

According to a study made by Unicef, one in each three children is a victim of bullying at school. Our goal is to create schools where children and teens feel safe, by reducing the incidents of bullying. For each workshop in Emotional Intelligence performed by the company, we offer a Workshop to parents, students and teachers about how to prevent and overcome bullying and create a safe environment at schools, in the long run.
